You will learn all the basics of Reiki and be empowered by the energy, enabling you to recognize and control the energy channeling through you. We will have some fun with some energy exercises where you will play with energy balls and try pushing each other off balance purely by using energy, without touching!
There will be some ‘hands on’ practice at giving and receiving a Reiki treatment using both the Western hand positions and the traditional Japanese style, Reiji Ho. You will leave feeling relaxed, calm and ready to give yourself regular Reiki healing to help your life in every way.
The course lasts from 10am to 4pm on a Saturday and 10am to 1pm on the Sunday.
